HOW DO WE GROW OUR GREENS?

All of our produce is grown in a climate controlled environment, isolated from pests and diseases. We don’t use any pesticides or other potentially harmful chemicals, because we don’t need to. Our herbs and leafy greens are grown hydroponically, and our microgreens are grown in soil.

What makes Rose City Farms different?

We are far more concerned about the sustainability of producing food, rather than mass production which is proving to be unsustainable, in the long term in every food sector (grains, produce, meat, dairy).
Our food is grown vertically to make use of as much space as possible. Our hydroponic production uses 90% less water than traditional farming. We don’t use pesticides, or spray our food with any chemicals. Our production is sold with root systems still intact, which means when you purchase our food, you are literally purchasing LIVING produce….It doesn’t get fresher than that!
